There is a place for every elf at the North Pole. There is no better place to work for those with a knack for organization, logistics, and playing around with bubble-wrap than the massive inventory centres.

Job Description:

Ins and Outs of Inventory

Don’t let the little kids know, but not every Christmas gift is made in the North Pole. To save on costs, we rely on the manufacturing expertise of companies around the world. That said, all of these items make their way to the North Pole for the customary gift-wrapping and Christmas Eve delivery. The hardworking elves in our inventory centre make sure every single item is accounted for upon arrival, and they make sure every child receives the right gift.

Responsibilities:

• Work 75 hours a week
• Wrap gifts
• Delegate deliveries
• Inventory
• Parcel collection and organization
• Ensure adequate storage and bubble wrap

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in hide-and-seek
• 5 years’ experience in puzzle-solving
• 3 years’ experience in scavenger hunts

No Height Requirement Necessary!

While we have specific height requirements for our front-of-house staff (no taller than 3’5”), our inventory centres have no such requirements. With all the shelves and hard-to-reach items in our inventory sites, we actually prefer a taller, muscly elf. That doesn’t mean we will turn away the smaller elves, though. Here, everyone is welcome.
