Being a toymaker is an honourable and coveted position here in the North Pole. Our toymaking team is made up of hundreds of dedicated elves, each with unique specialties and duties.
Toymaking today is a lot more complicated than it once was. Children in 2020 are no longer only interested in china dolls, wooden trucks, and colourful bouncing balls. Many young people want sophisticated electronic toys and products related more closely to mainstream popular human culture.

To meet these new demands, we have expanded our toymaking operation and have added some new and exciting departments. Keep reading to learn more about our current opportunities.
Toymaking Opportunities: Job Description
Human Research Representatives
To keep our fingers on the pulse, we have recruited a specialized team of researchers. These researchers have a keen interest in human cultures. They keep up to date with communities worldwide and propose toy ideas they believe will excite modern children.
Our human research reps are responsible for the ongoing success of Santa’s toy operation as we move through the 21st century. If you have a knack for humanism and sub-northern activities, this could be the position for you.
Technology Team
Our technology team, affectionately known as tech trolls, are in charge of designing and developing electronic toys. These technicians create everything from iPads to electronic scooters, video games, drones, robots, and everything in between.
Traditionalists
As important as it is to re-envision toymaking in the modern-day, here in the North Pole, we also believe in the value of traditionalism. Our traditional toymakers are in charge of revamping traditional toys and finding ways to make these items attractive to children.
